I like DLC. I like when games add some extra story to the original experience. It gives me a reason to go back and pick the game up again. BioShock Infinite, all three Mass Effects, the Dragon Age series, Diablo II, Diablo III, Resident Evil 5, Arkham City, Skyrim, Dead Space 2 and 3, and even the additional spec ops missions for Modern Warfare 3. Heck, I even got and buy the World at War, Black Ops, and Black Ops II's Origins stuff just so I could continue the zombie storyline with the original four characters.
If the DLC looks fun and adds something that I care about, I see no reason not to buy it. I don't like the idea of season passes, because then you're paying for something that you don't even know if it will be good (or even come out), so I've never paid for one. But as far as developers adding in new content, I'm fine with it.
Note: I do not consider weapon skins, new perks, hats, and basically appearance-only stuff to be DLC. That's just stuff, and I never bother with it because yeah, that's a waste of money in my opinion.
