As long as Darth Vader isn't in his Anakin Skywalker phase, he qualifies, so all of them. They're such different villains that you can't really choose one.
Never heard Sephiroth but he looks like a FF characters so forget that.
Its hard for me to think of Darth Vader as much of a villian after episode 6.
I'm going with Pyramid Head hands down.

Vader destroyed planets , jedi , his own men ect ect
Pyramid Head didn't do much except scare james
sephy well is just cool, but as a villain he didnt get much done (also you might wanna look up a FF villain called kefka ;3)

You did not come out as a douche. I sort of agree with you, I mean Kefka is evil simply because he's crazy. And anyone who says his laughter sucks can GTFO. After all, you can't spell slaughter without laughter.CanOfBeans said:

One thing you could have done a lot better though is explain what the poll actually IS. Yes, you said it what it was in your post, but at first glance it's impossible to figure out what your on about.
