For short distance journeys I will cycle unless there is nowhere to lock my bike up, in which case I will walk. For longer journeys I'll get a train.

I drive a 10 year old Dodge Caravan. But she still as spunk. She got up an icy driveway slanted at a 35% angle, when my friend's SUV only made it halfway up. And I have witnesses for that.

What, no bus option?

Guess it's other for me.
Same here.

Edinburgh has an excellent bus service. When I'm in Glasgow I take the subway instead, because the buses are less awesome. I guess buses weren't in the poll because they are a lesser used option in America?

Usually the bus/c-train. I take that most places nowadays. I can't afford a car, and the public transportation system here is pretty good.

For me, a driver's license is practically required to get around. And I'm a freezebaby, so to hell with walking places in the winter.

So I drive a 2002 Saturn L200.
Yay heater!

Learning in a Vauxhall Corsa. The roads round here, plus that car, have shattered my spine in several places.

I drive one of these... Same colour but mine is special as it has an M5 spoiler and a nice layer of mud...

It's a BMW E34 520i... It's what every modest student needs :D

Well passed my driving test 1st time 3 days ago (YAY) but I don't really need a car at the moment as I mainly get lifts from my parents or just walk everywhere. Oh, and also the insurance is like ridiculously expensive for me, like £7000 kinda expensive. :/

I walk or bike (in the summer) most local places, and if I have to go all the way downtown I take the train, but when I do drive, I drive a van. My step-dad's van.
It smells like nicotine and wet dog, but it gets me around. Spray some fabreeze and it's the perfect road trip vehicle, too.
