I was tempted to argue in favour of a swift blow to the grapes, having testicles and all, but after a moment of thought I realised the only prospect more painful than this would be shitting out a squealing grapefruit. That and a chop to the nuts doesn't last in excess of several hours.
The pain of being kicked in the nuts varies depending how hard the kick is, where the kick lands, etc. but I still think the worst possible kick in the nuts would hurt less than (non-drugged) child birth. Not by much, though.

Anyway... I'd imagine child birth hurts more overall. But for sheer pinpoint, short term, sharp pain, getting kicked in nuts wins hands down.
And for those who think getting kicked in the balls goes away quickly, take it from someone who made getting kicked in the jewels an art form: no. I've been hit so hard it takes DAYS for the gut pain to go away, and once was kicked so hard my nose bled.
Yeah, I don't know how that happened. But it did. And you can only imagine how hard you have to get kicked in the groin for your face to bleed.
Giving birth, definitely. A baby tearing it's way out of your vagina for hours and hours, that sounds worse than being kicked in the balls in every way. And then you have to live with a baby afterwards, urgh.

Neither, Kidney stones. I had the doctors repeatedly tell me that female patients had said it was worse than child birth, and I just had one a few weeks ago, and it was WAY worse than a kick in the balls.
Why are these two comparable?
Birth of course. Men only know one and women the other though, so it's hard to get the best objective view on this. But giving birth is a longer process, and I can certainly see how it would be more painful.
Getting kicked in the balls sucks but it passes. Take a few hockey pucks to the balls though, and stop whining about a simple kick though.

For men, passing a kidney stone would be far more comparable to giving birth that getting your walnuts walloped.
Yeah, I've had pain worse than a kick to the balls on numerous occasions. It's about as much pain as a man's likely to feel without needing medical attention (because, as I said, testicles are pretty damn tough), but there are a lot of things that hurt way, way more.Dexiro said:
How the hell would you even compare the two? If you have testicles, chances are that you cannot give birth. If you can give birth, chances are you don't have testicles. There's probably less than 500 people in the entire world who can actually compare the two experiences.
Considering there's really no way for any one person to experience both, and the fact that pain is subjective, I'd have to conclude that this poll is irrelevant and pointless. There's really no way to determine this one way or the other.
