I just came.

Probably run for me.
The little bunker is awesome, its 6ft thick cement on every side, with a 4 ft thick steel lock door and 4 security cameras looking at the doors, it is the safest place I can think of. Also it's in the middle of nowhere and wouldn't pose a threat to aliens.

Why would a civilization who have mastered space travel, and most likely be extremely intelligent, attack a tiny backwater planet that can't manage to send a shuttle into outer space without it blowing up? Why does it always have to come down to war anyway? There could be a diplomatic solution other than trying to kill them. Or we could just call The Doctor, he might be able to help!

The likelihood of aliens being sentient and advanced enough to develop space travel good enough to span the massive expanses of space in less than one lifetime and still be strong enough to attack Earth has to be less than one in several trillion.
If they did manage to do this, however, I would hide and fight any aliens that came near my dwelling.

I would fight them for the existence of mankind and my own honor! However I never used a gun before and I don't think my melee combat skills will come of any use.

I thinks it's a bit stereotypical to believe that Aliens are hell-bent on Humanities destruction. The chances are that they're in another Galaxy Billions of miles away and are just like us...I mean, Earth is one lucky planet, considering we have a giant fat boy (jupiter) protecting us from earth-bound projectiles, and we are in the green belt which is perfect for sustaining life. On that basis...I'll say that I'd be a spy for them.
Say there is a galactic empire somewhere so advanced that it now prioritizes everything in the optimum manner. It comes to earth and all it prioritizes the resources over the primitive apes that live on the surface.
