Poll: what is stronger... hate or love?

For me, it's love. I go far out of my way to do something that love inspired me to do, but hate can't push me too far.

I find it difficult to feel that strongly either way. The most I can manage is intense dislike or, on the other end, feeling happier in their company than my own.

I can understand being motivated by love I guess and it seems less satisfying in the long run to be driven by hate. So I suppose I pick love as being stronger.

Wow. I had no idea what game you were talking about , so I had to look it up. Just reading the character's bio was confusing. But, I like fallen angels, so yeah, she seems pretty cool.

Etna is the real hero of the game.

And I see now we are using the bard himself as inspiration for love. And Romeo and Juliette at that? Really? That story hardly borders on love. It is about lust. Their love wasn't forever, it lasted only a few short days. Definately not one of his best works, try again when you read the rest of his works. Here is a hint: look for love in comedy, not tragedy.

Both are the same, but they make you feel very different (obviously). They are both all consuming and passionate!

People think hate is stronger then love. Really? Would people die for hate? Travel the world for hate? Would they give up love for hate? If so, you have things wrong in your head and are slightly inhuman.
People do more for love then hate. Experiencing both, I have found love more stronger, more comforting and more safe. In a biological type sense, it is self destructive to value hate over becoming safe and more comforted.

No one takes hate for granted. Love gets taken for granted often. That said, love lasts longer because people are too lazy to hate for the same amount of time that love could last. Then again, tell that to 150 folks in Alabama...
