I am just wondering this cause I am someone that almost neglects his shift key entirely. I only use it for the the signs about the number (!, @,#,$,%,^,&,*,(,)) But do you use it regularly or are you like me and uses caps lock a lot?

EDIT: I see a lot of you hate me threads, so time to see how many I get in the best threads ever part.

I never use caps lock. It just seems so pointless now. Maybe I could re-map it for something. Hmmm...

I've never understood how people can go without using the shift key. I always use it. All the time. Shift. Shift. Shift. Shift.

I use Shift quite a bit since I hate the Caps Lock key. It's annoying to toggle Caps...

I always use the shift key while typing.

If I used caps lock, I'd probably forget to turn it off and then I'd have a whole sentence in capital letters.

This sentence started with a shift press. This sentence did as well. If I said the above posters name, I'd require 2 shift presses.

Shift. Shift. Shift, that's 3 more presses... Shift... 4.... Shift.... 5. :D (another 5! from the smiley to the end bracket.)

Are you kidding?

I use shift all the time. Rather shift than caps lock I tell you.

Caps lock is a shifty looking key, can't be trusted.

I knew two girls who used Caps Lock when they were 6, but they couldn't type more than 50 words a minute, so they shortly realized the folly of their ways.

I always use shift to get uppercase letters.

capslock requires two clicks and can't make *#(@%*@ so... i never use capslock instead of shift, shift is boss.

How someone neglects their Shift key is beyond me. I rarely use Capslock, really as it's rather pointless for me unless I'm yelling at someone over the 'net or something.

I'm a shift kind of guy.
I almost never use the CapsLock key at all, and I HATE it when people use it to capitalize just one letter, than turn it off.
Furthermore, shift plays a pretty vital role in my PC games where it is most likely going to be my sprint button.

I don't think I ever use caps lock. Why use that when the shift key is so much easier to use?

Even when I'm typing in full caps, I'm holding down the shift key.

Actually, come to think of it, most of the time I'm typing in full caps I'm making fun of caps lock usage without even resorting to using it.

So, even when you only capitalize one letter at a time, you use Caps Lock?

???!
Yeah, Ive gotten used to caps lock and now I am like a master at it. I never make a mistake with it. But when I use shift, I usually do something wrong.

Why on earth would you want to use Caps Lock over Shift? Shift is so much more efficient. Bit of a no brainer really.
