Chocolate and the outer wall would be chocolate but with razor blades in it.
So my attackers will be all like. Oh it`s made of chocolate we`ll just eat our way in!
Then BAM! Mouth fulls of razor blades for everyone! And I would sit inside eating the non razor-blade filled insides laughing!

A giant, castle made of black marble and various bones imbued with and surrounded by the souls of the damned. Who needs automated defenses and machine gun turrets? Anyone who tries to get past the security *becomes* the security. (Jammin' to some heavy metal as I write this. The only modern tech in my castle? Giant stereo system to blare my favorite songs as my enemies scream in pain.)

I'm pretty sure the castle in that song isn't made of sand.
He says the "castle stands/on pillars of sand" which is to say that although he may have a big solid castle, the foundation is soft and unsafe.
This is a metaphor representing his rulership, and how he may appear powerful and in control, but his people don't like him so his "castle" is liable to crumble by itself.

OT: Mine would be made out of stone, with magically glowing blue designs all over it.

Dream castle: Plutonium outer layer kills off anything nearby, or the planet if someone decides to sling a rock at my plutonium/lead lined window. Then a nice layer of lava, just for... umm... security? just incase they de-doo-dah my plutonium? Nah, it's awesomeness I'll go with that. Then a lead inside wall. Maybe some wall paper...

Seeing as I'm not going to beable to go outside with out getting atleast a little cancerous, I may as well have a few houses on the inside wall made of cake, pie, chocolate, bacon. So I can eat them an evict the tenants into a radioactive outer world. Inner sactum has to have a pool though... maybe a zero G chamber. AND BE MADE OUT OF MARSHMALLOWS!
