Kirby Air Riders, mo-fo. The most fun I've ever had with a racing game.

Eat it, Mario Kart.
I love air ride so much. I got the Dragoon with 22 glide once, and finally got the glide event with it. I think I went in the 10,000s :D
Getting Hydra for drag race was always fucking hilarious too xD

imho, Metroid Prime feels more engaging for the Wii, because I prefer wiimote and nun chuck control.
I LOVE Prime 3, but always play Prime 1 and 2 using a gamecube controller. I think a game that came out on X console should be played like it was, unless the controll scheme is completely ridiculous of course.

Custom Robo.
good one. I can't believe i forgot that gem
its a lesser known beauty since theres only two games out in the states and one was for the Cube (which meant it was automatically obscure), while the other was on the DS and got middling reviews.
I wish there was an online multiplayer Custom Robo game, I would play the shit out of it.
My horizontal arc bomb + dash melee combo was boss.

Just gonna add: PSO: ep 1 & 2, and Baten Katos; the only game to out-last me. Still have to beat it one of these days...

Super Smash Bros. Melee. It's one of the games where I have gotten really close to 100 percent completion.

It's either SSBM or Wind Waker. Wind Waker was my favorite Zelda game. If only I could get past freaking Dragoon Cave or whatever it was called.

Smash Bros all the way, spent my most hours playing that game by far.

Nightfire was ok, the single player was fun with the different ways to do everything, but on the whole the multiplayer was very meh in comparison to Perfectdark/Goldeneye.

Windwaker was alright but too much saling just added padded it out far too long (and the sidequests were all VERY annoying)

Rogue Squadron 3
But only really because they made Rogue Squadron 2 co-op in that game, which was freakin' awesome!

I got 3 favourites, I voted melee since it was one of them.

The other two were mario kart double dash!! (imo the best mario kart) and star fox: assault.

I would also have liked to say super mario sunshine but... it's clunky :( I really like the game though.

Damn it, Wind Waker, Super Smash Bros. Melee, or Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. All come in at a tie damn it, and you want me to choose which one I like more.

Resident Evil 4 without a doubt. It was a great and innovative game. It also had the Sea Monster Boss which is literally the greatest boss battle ever. (Yes thats opinion I know. No need to tell me.)

F-Zero: GX, to this day there has been nothing that has supplanted this game within its genre. It's just perfect.

Why isn't Resident Evil 4 in that poll? :p

Sure, it was ported to the PS2 and the Wii, but back when it was gamecube-exclusive, RE4 was the one game I could always go back to and play over and over without getting tired of it.

Wind Waker was nice, but I don't share the same enthusiasm as most other people. Its atmosphere was way too lighthearted for me, especially the soundtrack. I preferred Ocarina of Time and A Link to the Past for their more serious tones and epic-feeling soundtracks, the latter of which did a nice job for such an old system.
