Rising seems to going on a total different path of the MGS franchise.NoMoreSanity said:So Indigo Dingo's finally been banned? Eh, feels different than I thought it would be.
Anyway, I liked MGS2, and have hopes for Rising.
I think I read something that said it would still be tactical espionage. I think.oliveira8 said:Rising seems to going on a total different path of the MGS franchise.NoMoreSanity said:So Indigo Dingo's finally been banned? Eh, feels different than I thought it would be.

Lightning Bolt Action they call. Theres nothing stealthy about lightning or bolts. Unless they mean he kills fast as lightning, if so they shoudl call it Lighting Stealth action...Actually that sounds horrible.
Now Peace Walker on the other hand, seems to be cooler, considering its going to bring closure to Big Boss arc. Going to have to leech someones PSP again...
The series' former tagline, "Tactical Espionage Action", has been replaced by "Lightning Bolt Action", to fit the new protagonist, Raiden; the word Raiden is Japanese for "Thunder and Lightning".la-le-lu-li-lo said:I think I read something that said it would still be tactical espionage. its awfully implemented but the characters and the backstories are rock solid.Jumplion said:I don't care what anyone says, I love the Metal Gear Solid series's story. It may be convoluted, confusing at times, badly implemented, but we practically expect it from the games nowadays.
