I prefer In-ear buds despite my dismay that they break quite often. I like that it can stay in my ears and small enough to fit in my pocket. The higher end product are good in terms of the music quality (you paid for what you'll get).

I just got two more speakers for my stereo system (hi-fi vinyl, radio, cassette), so I like to listen through that

Speakers, definetly. I hate being constrained by some fucking cord.

Speakers. I prefer to share my music with all people within a radius of half a kilometre.

Over ear headphones, I love my PX21s a bit too much to give them up.

16 foot cord for my headphones, I can do whatever I want in my room, and not have to worry about bothering anyone else with my music, or for that matter, being bothered by anyone else while listening to music.

I use in-ear buds when on my iPod. On my computer I alternate between my speaker system and a nice pair of over-the-ear earphones.

I usually let my MP3 player blast some noise while I'm riding my bike. I get to listen to some great music and people will start to think to themselves, "What the hell is that noise comin?I should totally get out of the way."

Speakers definitely. So I can feel the bass.

"You hear the treble, but you feel the bass"

Using over-ear headphones right now. Really like them and they don't fall off all the time, which is one of the main reasons I hate using buds.

I'd guess what I usually use is in-ear headphones but because my ears are a funny shape I have special ear plugs that fit over regular ipod style headphones so it could be other however I do often enjoy, when I'm alone, blasting music at incredibly high volumes over a pair of good speakers.

Speakers of course either connected to my CD-player, tape-deck or turntable!
