Apparently what counts as a hint to a man is not the same as what counts as a hint to a woman.

I invited him to come see It's a Wonderful Life with me at the old classic renovated theater around Christmas alone, if watching classic movies together in a beautiful romantic setting doesn't count as a "hint" idk what does.

But he also could be incredibly shy about it (it took him 2 years of hanging out regularly for him to begin talking to me frequently he was so shy)

I fall for the kind of guys like the guy I did fall for - completely nerdy and will talk with me about Pokemon in public; random and spontaneous, easygoing and quick to find enjoyment anywhere; big personality, big voice, big body; romantic when cute, vulgar when funny, and serious when need be... and able to put up with me.
