I pick asari, because they are the only race I have seen in the game who technically have a female member of their species (besides the quarians, but who wants to be a quarian?).

Nearly every other species has only male representatives, besides the one dead female krogan we see. Anyone ever wondered what a female turian looks like?

I don't know about you guys, but I'd actually want to be able to continue my species.

I like them because they have awesome voices and the females have smokin' hot bodies.

And their suits have great designs.

And they can make a drive core out of some scrap metal, a cicuit board, and a chunk of eezo.

They are the only race besides the humans that show both the males and females(that I can tell)

Quarians for me...aside from living in hell hole ships and such, they seem to have a good society and are plenty knowledgible in machinery and such. And for a race to build such a weapon as the geth earns some respect in the galaxy.
