OK, I'd like to state that I'm principly against this sort of theoretical question, because the "what if" format doesn't sit well with my personal philosophies concerning metaphysical liberalism, but that aside and assuming that I still have the same personality then as I do now, I'd be a missionary.
1) I'd get to spread the word of God and being a Christian that's pretty much what I strive to do these days. (Remember, I still have my own personality, so I would be less of an evangelist of Isaiah's doomsaying and more of a preacher of Christ's teaching of human kindness.)
2) I'd be taught to read and write and that's more than most people of that time period could hope for.
3) In the more dangerous and violent times those were, I would be shielded by the protection of the Church and the fear of God - still very much in the hearts of men of that time period.
4) I'd get to travel to places and marvel at the many wonders of a greatly unexplored earth.
I'll add that my first instinct was blacksmith, but then I realised that achieving early-onset hearing deficiency wouldn't exactly be the best use of my time.
Edit: Quite in sync with my choice of profession; check out my sweet Cleric badge.
Edit (again): I like how, as the poll stands now, we'd create a pretty sustainable society together. You know, apart from all those monarchs who apparently want to create separate kingdoms for themselves with 10 subjects each. >.>
And I think I saw someone wanting to be a dragon? Depending on how you interpret this fantasy universe, that's either "oh no, there goes the village idiot in his dragon suit again" or "mommy! 0.0" (there goes the sustainable society in that last scenario).
