Ignorant people trying to act all-knowing, and reporting in idiotic ways.
See fox news as a prime example.

Edit: Fixed my wording.

Any time video games are mentioned on any news network they are inevitably slandered by the ignorant. I can't stand this. They go on on about how it's destroying the morals of our culture and making us all killing machines. I've been gaming my entire life, and I hate conflict.

I don't mind any of the things listed above, I'm very hard to offend. But I do mind stupidity, especially when found in large quantities. An example would be MTV. God I hate MTV.

I've recognized modern media and what it really is for far too long to be offended by it today.

I'd go along with the portrayal of relationships - sets standards so high that nobody seems happy with what they've got anymore. I myself have questioned a fair few of the relationships I've been involved with on the basis that they haven't really 'functioned' the way I've been conditioned to think they should.

Otherwise, sex and blasphemy are good fun. Not a fan of shock violence though, certainly dislike it when a film uses gore as one of its main selling points. Can understand why in a war film or a thriller a certain level of bloodiness is required to set the tone, but don't do it to gross me out.

I don't usually get offended by media, but the way relationships are portrayed is often rubbish, and some extreme stereotypes can annoy me, if I'm subjected to them for long enough, but that's the same in real life, not just in the media.

watching today's media, especially American, is like watching an ADD kids' interpretation of the news
