Nuclear apocalypse, though I would want to be in one of the vaults that were actually safe. Sadly there weren't a whole lot of those.

Probably Zombies as long as they were the RE kind, no way I could deal with those bat-shit crazy, cracked out 28 Days Later kind.

Alien invasion war that devastates our civilization and after they leave we have to scramble for survival. The world will be run over with natural catastrophe, human savages, alien outcasts, and our own personal conflicts. That would be awesome, horrifying, but awesome.
Not sure if i'd be any good at it but i'd love a go at some zombie slaying...

I want them all at once. Let's imagine the single worst possible scenario. Let's start off with a meteor strike that destroys South America, and brings with it, a new plague that turns everyone into zombies (shufflers). To deal with the threat, all of the world's governments launch their nukes, but the nukes turn the shufflers into runners. The radiation from the nukes causes the ice caps to melt, leading to a global flood. The fallout plunges the world into nuclear winter, causing a shift in the climate. Then, all machines gain self-awareness and conclude that humanity must be destroyed to save the planet (Terminators). A battle fleet of hostile extra-terrestrials descends upon Earth, also bent on the destruction of humanity in order to save the planet. Finally, a Satanic cult opens a portal to Hell, releasing the armies of the Dark Lord. God decides humanity has screwed up enough, so he sends his armies to drive back Satan, and purge humanity from existence. That, my friends, is an apocolypse I would love to see.
Considering I can't fight, don't know how to use weapons, have very little in the way of survival skills, and would probably scream and run away if I saw a zombie in real life, I'd pretty much be screwed in any of these situations. If I wasn't one of the first to die in the apocalypse then I think I'd do best in the massive flooding situation, because I can swim competently at least...
I was going to say Mad Max Australia, but on second thoughts I wouldn't mind Waterworld, that's be hella neat.
Take options 1, 2, and 6, ad dragons, werewolves with chain guns, and then steampunk theme everything. AND THEN ADD MORE ROAD WARRIOR.
yeah, Terminator future would suck to live in. I don't much like the idea of being devoured by people I knew at one time, though I must admit putting a .45 slug in a couple of their re-animated brains would be pretty fun, Fallout, I agree that most people would probably die in the actual radioactive fallout (ala The Day After). However, I don't think thats what the OP was trying to say, so...I'd rather avoid living in L4D world, were all the zombies can out run my cigarette smoking ass, however I am a helluva shot as well as knowledgeable in many survival skills, so I'd say Fallout world or Waterworld.
