1 across my left cheek, a fight in a biker bar.
1 right over the back of my left hand, guy came at me with a knife in town, broke his jaw.
4 running down my ribs on the right Won't go into that ;)
3 down my stomach, see above.
3 big scars on my left forearm, various.
2 on top left shoulder, another bondage session with a goth girl.
1 across my left gonad, from an unfortunate yet unique event some years ago

Then there's various lumps here and there from broken bones, notable on my right hand mainly from boxing.

How about I have a few?

I have a few on my leg. The worst one being when someone stood on my leg with stooded boots while I was playing football.

Oddly, I find it kinda reassuring that someone else has the same sort of scar.
I feel so sorry for you that you were so young :( Was it your own dog?

Will do. If nothing else it should give me a few more scars to talk about. I want to end this thread with "Lost eye trying to smash through radiator face first. Worth it."

Also - check out the poll results. So many people with scars - do you reckon it's because gamers are more clumsy, drink more or are just prone to bringing violence and animal attacks upon themselves?

If anything, I think having scars is pretty cool. As soon as I can use one of my awesome scar-lies to trick a woman into bed I'll be sitting pretty.
Haha I think that scar would be worth it a bit - though you could avoid losing the eye, that would be like admitting defeat!

I do find it comforting that so many people have have lots of scars actually. It maybe is to do with gamers just not caring or being distracted all the time - even at a young age.
Then again I highly doubt a woman could seduce someone with scars... with guys though it can make them look battle-hardened or whatever.

I've got little ones all over, because part of my university course is training young horses. Sadly, when you weigh six and a half stone and a horse takes a strong dislike to you, you're gonna get bumps and scrapes.

I've a scar on the back of my shoulder from having an operation to remove a lump, it turns out I scar badly (or well in terms of people into scarification) and the scar is bigger than the lump removed. I also currently have a scar on my lip from a mugging but something tells me that one wont be permanent.

I don't like either of them. I'm not sure if I view any scar as being cool.

Tend to scar whenever cut - I really do not heal well and it has kept me from the piercings/tatts that I would love. So have random scars all over the place from simple stuff like a cat scratch.

I do have 2 quite noticeable ones on the palm/wrist of both hands from surgery although the right hand one is obscured at present by a nasty eczema outbreak.

And more scars than I can count on my upper left arm from self injury.

I have plenty of little tiny scars from pets throughout my life and other incidents (like a certain GT Snowracer accident that could've killed me) but I do not have any major scars.

Yipes

I have a small white scar on my knuckle from football. Some fuck with a broken facemask sliced it.

I have one a barely noticeable scar above my eyebrow, a result from shingles.

I also have a nearly healed scar from crawling on glass in a Home Depot as a child. Smart, I know.

Hmm...I think I've got three scars. Got two big ones on each of my knees. Was riding with my bike and drove over a pile of dirt too fast, flew off the bike, and bruised my knees.
The weird thing is that when I crashed, the first thing I did was laugh, and it took me about an hour to realise I had bruised my knees.

The third scar is on my left hand. Was going to fire with a friends bow, but when I was going to fire, I had the arrow leaning on my hand and not the support thing on the bow, resulting in me getting a cut.

2 are from a knife fight, I barely got away from that one.
A knife fight you say, would you care to tell the tale?
Sure. I was walking my dog around the neighborhood when I walked past the park. A guy comes out of the park, all hooded and such, and starts following me. I didn't realize it, but he was catching up, I only knew cuz my dog spun around really quick and started growling. I turned around to see him walking up to me. Without pulling anything, he came right up and demanded I give him my wallet. When I said no, he pulled a knife. Thats when my dog leapt at him. I pulled my dog back and turned to run. The guy tackled me, cutting my arm. I tried to kick him off, but he cut my leg. My dog jumped on his back, and started biting him I think. After that, it's a bit of a fuzz, of me pushing him off, and me and my dog running away. That's my story.

I have more than a few. The most noticable ones are on my face (richocheting air-rifle pellet got me right under my eye, and left a nasty-looking, but thankfully small scar. But it helps convince annoying kids to keep their safety specs on.)

I have a few on my hands, from doing silly things, like nearly cutting the end of my finger off, and on and around my right ankle, from having reconstructive surgery, pins and plates put in and out (bad sailing accident... again, my fault. Oops.)

I also have a couple of burn scars... one on my thigh from when I was heat sealing some rope, and a blob of melted plastic landed on me. And one on my chest, from an idiot dancing and flailing her cigarette-wielding hand about. Idiot. They're the scars I don't like, cause they're really noticeable, and angry looking.

Being both clumsy and impulsive is not the best combination, but it is one that I had the misfortune of being born with. As a result, I have quite a few scars from quite a few things. There is one on my right elbow from being burned by a lamp. You see, I am an extremely heavy sleeper (due in part to some medications that I take) and fell asleep with my elbow resting on my lamp. Over the course of some three hours, my skin got cooked to the point of a second degree burn.
There are also many on my legs. I got one by doing a cartwheel on top of the stone side of a flowerbed. You know the part that is stone, and then goes into the dirt part where the flowers are? Right there. I slipped and had part of my flesh gouged out. It required about 20 stitches and took months to heel up. Another one happened when I tripped over a stone, smashing my leg against it in the process. Finally, I was in a construction area, with pretty big metal spikes sticking out of the ground. There were also huge elevated dirt walls all around. I attempted to run up one of the walls and fell down on one of the spikes in the process, slicing open my right leg.
None of these were really life threatening or anything, but did make my parents think that I was a little bit special.

Some of the more interesting ones are...

-Scratches all over my chest from when a cat jumped on me hiding from a dog.
-A triangle scar right on my cheek where a friend scratched me with her razor nails.
-Scars on my palm from when I dropped a picture frame, it broke, and I leaned my hand down on slivers of glass while picking other glass up.
-I have burnt my index fingertip off.
