I say the 2nd one just for pure nerdism. Also not a fan of skull or heart tattoos and the 1st option falls into both of those categories.

I would advice against either one, but when one option is a skull shaped like a heart, the other option will always be the victor.

I read on these forums about a guy that just asked the tattoo artist to draw whatever he wanted and it turned out being awesome. Don't take my word for, the tattooer you get may do something crazy.
