Thank you. Hell, the whole reason I stopped lurking and created an Escapist profile nearly two years ago was to defend CoD against the bashing that went on on this site, and I still have yet to see a week roll by without someone starting a 'why CoD is awful' or 'are people who like CoD braindead?' style thread.

I'm glad to see the number of 'zombie apocalypse' threads has slowly died down though.

Arcturus yes, heard of them because of Garm's involvement. Haven't heard of the other band though so I'm not sure what the connection is there (maybe you just meant in terms of genre)...I should look 'em up.

I was pleasantly surprised about how few I've seen today. I've yet to play it, but maybe it's a sign that it's a lot better than people made it out to be. I might go do that now.

A few weeks ago I would have totally voted MLP threads - I like the show btw, but oh my Takei, Give the threads a rest! - but instead I voted Skyrim. It seems that every day there are 3 new threads about Skyrim, most of them very similar to eachother. Stop killing my hype people! /self-entitled whining
