For a random look into gamers sleep patterns i wanted to know what time we normally go to sleep.

To be honest i normally go to sleep around 1 to 2am and alot of my friends call me nocturnal. So was wondering is this just me or do more gamers than average prefer the night time hours

Around 2 to 3 am for me. I always feel sleepy during the day, but when it get's late, I get less tired. I don't know how that makes any sense, but that's how it is for me. This leads to absolutely god-awful sleep patterns.

I generally try to sleep around 11pm, but that's just because this semester I've got a class I have to get up at 7am to get to on time.
given the option I'd most likely be staying up until 1am every night and sleeping until 10am.

Between 12-1 during a school night and between 1-2 at the weekend.

Mine varies a lot it can be anywhere between 11 and 4:30 dependent on the situation i.e if I have work the next day it will probably be quite late (2:00 - 3:30) because I see a lot of the next day wasted working anyway so it dosent matter if I am half/two thirds asleep.

but if it starts to make me sick from tiredness and I cant see a break coming up I may crash around 12ish.

I do always try to get 3 hours sleep minimum though.

If I have to be up early in the morning I go to bed at 11pm. If I don't, I just go to bed when I get bored.

Depends... during the week, 12-1 in the morning, mostly. But at weekends, whenever I feel like stopping whatever it is I'm doing/am sufficiently tired (usually around 3-4am).

I usually aim for 10 to 11. Although depending on if I'm in the middle of something, I will go to bed around 12. But no later. I like to be able to get up relatively early (let's say 8:30)

Well, I generally try to be in bed between 12 and 1 AM. I don't usually fall asleep until 2-3 AM.

I try to never stay up past 1, but that almost never happens between ridiculous amounts of work and things I actually enjoy. Luckily I've managed to condense my morning routine into 30 minutes to give myself as much time to sleep as possible.

I usually fall asleep around 3 to 5 AM, but thats less about me playing video games and more about me having Narcolepsy so I don't if that helps.

If i have nothing to do, i'll eventually circumvent the clock every three weeks or so, being up an hour later every day

I was in the 12 - 2 range for going to sleep. Then I got Netflix, and now I am in the 2 - 5 range.

Generally, I crash around midnight during the week. Having that pesky job and all that I have to go to in the mornings. Weekends it's usually around 1 or 2 depending on my mood and my alcohol level.

Some time between 11 and 12. That's on weekends too though, as I like being able to wake up early and not feel like I wasted a lot of the day away.
