Aw no EPA option? lame. Well I guess I'll go with REV6 because it's huge and would give much better protection than the other ones, and I love the chainguns.
Half-Life 2 power armour, because it automatically cures poison and gives your morphine, as well seemingly being chargeable with but mere electricity.

Heck, I would gladly have that Ark reactor lodged in my chest if I could use that armor.
Failing that, Spartan armor. You're like a frikkiin' tank in that, and fast thanks to all the tech in it. Would want the one John-117 uses though, with the A.I. imbedded in my skull.
Would need a lot more surgery to be able to use it though.
So I guess the Advanced Power Armor Mk. 2 would be the best. Not how it looks like in Fallout 3 though. Like the looks of it in Fallout 2 much better.

The advanced power armor mark II a.k.a Hawk armor from fallout tactics is the power armor I like the most and I would gladly sacrifice a few billion souls to get my hands on it.
also when you say warhammer 40k and fallout 3, not to mention 1, 2 and tactics, you should keep in mind that each of these series contain many different power armor variants. just mentioning this since all the other power armors are specified

Well, I'm not familiar with most of these games so at the risk of sounding like a n00b, I choose the Mjolnir armor from Halo. I read the books a while back and they describe the suits and their programming in incredible detail which makes them way too good to pass up especially if I got Cortana or someone similar to help me out.
