I think it was Oblivion, if that counts. I'm put off by most FPSs, so I only play a few of them.

Hmm...I kinda worked backwards. My first was quake, then I tried out Wolfenstein 3D (Im actually playing through the newest Wolfenstein right now. Very Fun.) Then Doom, and after that I didnt play an FPS until Half Life, and after that I played perfect dark...those were my first few FPS'. And yes, I know I was only asked for the first >

Nobody probably remembers it, it's from 1997. So I guess that it was my first FPS game.

I dont know the gen, but my cousin had some kind of first person Terminator game.
