Oh god no.
I still remember running from my first Yao Guai... too bad the horror and adrenaline all went away when I killed him with 4 shots of my shotgun.
The second deadliest is the Reaver, because it glitches so that it can't be shot.
And of course, the deadliest one is me. Nothing can stand in my path. I took down hordes of raiders, supermutants, the entire enclave, and the fucking aliens all by myself. The game makes you feel like Thor.

Those weird crab things where you can only shoot them in their little visor slit. They gave me the most trouble, even more so than the death claws.
The death claws scared the hell out of me though. In that enclosure where they are everywhere I turned the console off I was that afraid. Keep that on the down low.

Close second is Albino radscorpians for the sole reason that I once ran out of ammo (well useful ammo) out in the wastes and couldn't fast travel away because there were three of the damn things chasing me!

I call myself ODIN because I played the game Too Human for ten minutes, realized how bad in was so I add a mod that made my pistol bullets explode with the same damage as a hammer blow.
Deathclaws. There's always the 'oh shit' moment when you see one when you're a low level and exploring and they just run at you very, very fast. Then you die. Horribly.
I remember just being there with a combat shotgun running backwards and emptying round after round at the bastard. I think he was mocking me. While he disemboweled me. Ugh. The first deathclaw kill was extra sweet because of that though. Then of course, I ran into three of them just round the corner from the first. >_<;
T'other monsters are nasty, but still not much on D-Claws. I think the top-tier military bots are probably just as nasty if not nastier, or a raider you can't see with a frickin' rocket launcher. But I guess they're not part of the native wasteland fauna, as such.
