Right now, I'm closest to having Japanese as a second language, though I'm still nowhere near fluent. French would be the runner-up.

It's a surprise that English is number one, but at the same time it is not because 30 percent of the world knows or speaks english.

I took German in High School because everyone was taking Spanish, and I wanted to be different.

Spanish is my second language. I took two years of German but the pain that language caused me to erase all traces of it from my mind as soon as those two years were up.

I was raised in a house where we only spoke Spanish. I started learning English in kindergarten.

I took French in high school and when it came to the end of my second year, my teacher basically demanded that I take the third year because I was so good at it. Just to be a jerk I refused and now I kind of regret it.

As the title states, what sencond langue do you know, or if you know multiple languages thats all good as well.

Me I'm in my French 1 class so i know the basics but I wouldn't be able to hold a conversation for longer than the greating.
