I do it because when someone gets suspended/banned, it's usually interesting to see why.

Except for when:

Yep, sort of out of morbid curiosity, but mostly to see what kind of thing gets you banned/suspended etc.

I just want to see if this was just. Admins suspend you for the smallest shit in forums nowadays(and I know I speak out of experience).

Yeah, but usually I get an error message, indicating they have so offended the Escapist Mods that all traces of their offenses have been swept from the Internet completely.

I do it everytime. Its the curiosity and teaches me what not to post. Sometimes I dont always understand why certain posts get people in troubel, others are obvious.

Yeah, I do it too. I do it to see what exactly they got banned for. Sometimes its funny, or unbelievable. Hell, sometimes I don't even understand why they were banned.

Yes. If nothing else, I want to see the thread they were in when they said something outrageous enough to receive some mod wrath.

Oh my yes; every time without fail. For two reasons:

1) To see what's not accepted on the forums because I'm gunning for the Neo badge and
2) Because I love seeing destruction, carnage, and wreckage just like everyone else. It's the same reason why I love watching car wrecks IRL.

As a human with excessive amounts of curiosity, of course I do. I want to see exactly what they did.

Edit: To clarify on that human bit, humans are a very curious species.

Yes, I do.
It's the internet form of rubbernecking, really.

Shall I tell you what's worse? When the thread has been deleted, so you can never find out why they were banned! That just happened now with someone.

It's even more infuriating when the Thread title is incredibly boring. For example, in this instance it was: "Ketchup packets... why are they so small?"

What could he have possibly said in that thread to get banned? I shall never know.
