well id rather beat someone for doin drugs with my lil sister then anything carnal. its so contradictory and nothing but double standarts to deny someone the same emotional and corporal needs then yourself.
I dont have any problems with some guys doing my younger female family members as long as they arent complete idiots.
Do you actually have a sister?

Because I have a feeling if you've ever walked in on her, your opinion would change.

It's not "double standards", it's instinct. Normally I'm a very liberal person. "Do what you want, I don't care, just don't harm me," is generally my attitude with her nowadays, because too many of her little plans have ended up with me paying for it.

The thought of somebody having the same feelings for your sibling that you have for porn stars, love interests and whatnot is what will infuriate a man like myself. It's the protective instinct not to let somebody as dirty-minded as all males can be at times at your sister.
yup i have, sister and a few close cousins. And like the guy very much who is very much probably fucking her on a regular basis. I dont see a difference if i would supprise her "in action" or my brother. Shes not pissed when i get it on with a girl, well why would someone? its idiotic.

I had two "boyfriends" in kindergarten. I kissed one of them.

I guess 13 would be the first "real" one.

13, we went out for a week...
First serious one was when I was 15, I was with him for 2 years, ended badly.
I want to keep the one I have now, it's still going good after a year.

Damn, Ninja'd. I was gonna say exactly that, I suppose that'll teach me never to go to the bathroom just before making a snarky post...
*Does the ninja victory dance*

Oh yea!
Isn't that a carbon copy of Irridium's avatar? Carbon as in minus the colour here.

And by doing that, you sir, have crossed the line... that I drew... in the sand... with my finger...
LOL

I have no idea.

I just googled 'Ninja dance gif'. It was on the first page......

*wipes ass on sand line*

*regrets doing so*
Oh, it's on now... *Bites thumb at you*

And that sand was extra grainy, Mwahahahahahaha.

Does this count as thread derailment??? *hastily thinks of OT discussion while wiping blood off of thumb*

Ermm, first girlfriend is current girlfriend, yes, 15 is rather late.
"Do you bite your thumb at us, sir?"

[insert angry face]

15 is not late dude.

I have never been in a relationship at 20. I don't plan on being in one either. Random, meaningless, drunken rumpy pumpy is much more what I'm made for.
"would the law be on our side if I said yes?"

I'm enjoying Romeo and Juliet way too much...

Okay, well, it's late among most of the people I know anyway. But they are probably a pretty poor control group.
Haha.

Yea we'd better stop that now XD.
Okay, I fear that there is no Benvolio, damn you Shakespeare!

My one and only relationship started on a bus trip when a friend of mine shouted down the coach if this girl wanted to go out with me, as a joke.
She accepted, then about three minutes later, shouted back that I was dumped. Yes, my longest relationship is three minutes.

You could probably make some joke about how a long distance relationship wouldn't have worked anyway, with her being several rows ahead of me in the bus. If you think it'd be that funny, make one up yourself.

Mine was when I was 19 and the only reason I went out with her was because I'd never had a girlfriend and she asked me out. Worse decision of my life.

I've never had one. In fact, there is one girl at work who only finds value in people who have had girlfriends and boyfriends before, so she treats me like crap...

There is a girl I really like, but I'm moving halfway across the country in 3 weeks so I don't know what I'm going to do. Ask her out? Leave it be? Dang it.

I held a boy's hand when I was 11! But that doesn't count. First *real* boyfriend was around 13. I think that led to a kiss.

:D
"I think it lead to a kiss?"

Drinking at 11?

Just kidding

Eleven, but it was more of a "don't go near each other or talk to each other" relationship just for the sake of it. My first real girlfriend was at seventeen and I'm still with her now (I'm 18).

I don't believe I have any anger issues, it's just an overwhelming feeling to protect I get when I see things like the aforementioned activities.
Actually, I don't really think you do, either. I mean, it's not like I can really form any sort of opinion on that not knowing you in person or anything. It was just my immediate/instinctual reaction to the intensity of what you were describing, not my more rational opinion/thoughts on it.

Bruin said:
My own view of her, not the view I think she has to subscribe to. I know it's selfish, haven't debated that. But knowing somebody else views her in the same way I view women sometimes is what really gets to me about it. It's knowing their intention is most likely not to be with her for any emotional aspect of it whatsoever. That somebody wants to do what I want to do to other women to somebody I hold very close is where the protectiveness stems. I don't tell her she can't date certain people; I have no right to. Nor can I decide who she sleeps with, but it still raises the ire all the same if I'm unfortunate to walk in on that type of thing.
Even though I don't have that kind of reaction to the exact same situation, I can definitely at least understand it when you put it that way. I've known/talked to/read stuff from other people who feel the same way you do but just have never really been able to identify with it myself. I think I have more of a disconnect in my mind between how I feel about girls I see, how other guys do, and how that relates to my sister. Or something. I'm also not a particularly emotional person to begin with most of the time. It's not like I'm a robot or anything, but I don't usually get too worked up too easily.

"first" one was in 1st grade, lasted till 3rd grade. Don't really remember much about it, it could have been a dream now that I think about it...

First "real" one was this year really, well we would have dated last year, but her father's rules didn't let her date til the end of school really, so 17.

4 months and still going :D

14. And it has pretty much left me screwed over.

She was pretty much mentally destroying me with accusations of cheating and such (I was one of the most unpopular at school, I had NO chance of that ever happening. Nor would I ever choose to). It lasted three days when I finally said screw it and split up with her. Turns out she was really going out with someone else anyway.

So yeah this has kinda wrecked my chances of having a great amount of trust with anyone.
I'm similar in this situation...except I was 13 when we got together...and it lasted a year....a year of me being her verbal punching bag.

I was 19 and besotted. We had been talking for hours daily for 3 months, and we went on to have a fabulous, intense relationship for another 18 before a nasty, prolonged breakup via Skype (she was studying in France at the time). I felt awful at the time - got tested for major depression - but looking back now, it wasn't so bad on the whole.

I've never had a serious girlfriend, but the first time dating for me was 14. I went on a few dates with her, but she got really mean, and we broke up.
