Mine's the Black Mesa logo from the Half Life series, which is one of the most popular and highest rated games of all time. Half Life on the PC is the best selling series and most played, excluding MMO's. The Orange Box, which contains the three most recent Half Lifes plus Team Fortress 2 and Portal, is one of the top five highest rated games for the consoles (X-Box 360 & PS3.).
Half Life 2 is one of my favorite games of all time, so I figured that I could pay homage to it here. (plus, I couldn't think of or find a picture that would both look good and fit in such a tiny space.)

Mine is a symbol from the Black Company series by Glen Cook. I took the death's head symbol and edited it a fair bit. I threw some blood sprays in and warped the appearance of the death's head.
Mines one of the logos for my favourite band: Strung Out (if you listen to punk rock then check them out) 
Music - it's a negative of the background to my old band's website and I can't be bothered to change it yet because my new band hasn't got a website.
