Mine dates back to Red Alert 2. I was stumped for a name, so my buddy helped me out. There's a unit in RA2 called Crazy Ivan (who I used regularly), and that was eventually mutated into Crazyshak. I added the 48, but it has no significance other than identity preservation.

As you may be able to tell from my display picture, I was in the Australian Army Cadets, in the 206 ACU (Army Cadet Unit). Those were some of the best days of my life, and I retain a pride and fondness of having been involved, hence 206. Also, totally seperately, I am a fan of Red vs Blue, and my favourite character was Caboose. It wasn't long before my very good impressions of him won me the nickname Caboose, hence, Caboose206.

Childhood nickname... Well, not really, it's my last name. Bizarrely enough, it qualified as a nickname, and so it's stuck.

Had a stupid haircut, liked Evanescence (operative word is liked, as in past tense), had a reputation of having a short temper and I Like computers. So it stuck.

I have a liking for Neil Gaimn's Sandman that borders on creepy.

This thread has been done multiple times I think. I know one that is eeriely similar to this one.

I liked the irony of calling myself this.

Sometimes I call myself "Wizzard" based of Rincewind.

I used to hang around on Neopets (and still do, when I can be bothered working out where everything is) and was a huge fan of the Lord Kass storyline on the site.

Plus I have boobs, therefore the 'Miss'.

It all started way back in Halo 2, my character's armor was yellow, one of my friends kept muttering: "Come out Spartan Banana" The Bannana part was just a typo at first, but then it extended to be a description of my personality.

Uhh I think I was trying to come up with a username for YouTube and I was really into Mr. T at the time, so I thought "pop da foo" and thats what I came up with. I've been using it for like 2 years now.

Mine began as a reference to the color of my skin when I stayed in my basement for the summer of '04. I was Yellow Lad until 7th grade when my friend took a picture of me being stereotypical (rice-hat, katana, the whole shebang-a-bang). So, yeah.
