Well I decided to go to a college in Seattle so I can flee over the border when America has another conservative brain fart and decides to elect Palin. So Canada.

For me, It's Norway. There's just no exception. I like fish, I like snow and cold, I like oil and I like Norwegians. Though, my view may be skewed a bit.
Then CANADA is the place for you, we have plenty of fish, snow, cold, oil and Norwegians! Seriously!

Ya it's gotta be Canada, and it should be by a longshot. As far as the best place to live (ie work, raise a family, increase your life expectancy, increase your quality of life) we've got it made.

Although I do wish our justice system was a tad more effective... we've been going 60 years in the wrong direction.

Tough to say. They all have their various issues and positives.

I think I might have to say America though (And by that I mean the United States, yes I know America is a continent. Two continents actually).
3 if you count Centrual America [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_America], though I think you'd be forgiven if you didn't.

I've always wanted to live in Pakistan...if it wasn't for the boarder conflicts, I'd say there just because I like the climate and the culture. But Italy was really awesome too, so maybe there. I live in Canada, and it's nice, but I just find the people really boring.

I live in Canada but I choose Australia. Not many people would want to fuck with Canada but seriously why would anyone do anything against Australia. And it's one of the most ballin places to live, you could surf, snowboard.... go to New Zealand and learn to fly a bush plane (a cookie to whoever gets that reference).

Central Australia, when I've lost the will to live.

America, went there once, had a blast, am going back in a year or so.

Canada, family tradition.

Hell, I'm almost done milking my Hell fantasy, so bear with me for a week. Or so.

These are the top four, but if I had to come to an ultimatum, I'd go with Canada.

Italy obviously.

Great food, nice weather, hot women... What more could you ask for?
I would definitely love to live in Italy. Pasta night and day, beautiful weather and sights and the woman, oh the women!

So... I can come live with you Scam?

Edit- I live in Canada, and wouldn't want to live anywhere else, but I wouldn't mind moving to Italy for a period of time, it would certainly be a great experience.

I say Singapore. Of all the English speaking countries, Singapore is the most safe and clean. Plus the people are very polite. Went there for two weeks with my Dad on a business trip, and it was a great place.

I mention English speaking because I really don't have the patience to learn a second language.
