1) Gears of War (sorry I just love it)
2) Half Life (SUBLIME, and no, there will be no connecting of forks and eyeballs)
3) Star Wars Battlefront (still awaiting a third installment)
4) Halo (and so the flame war commences)
5) Call of Duty (because of the Modern Warfare games)

*Ahem* DEUS EX!!!, Halo (Only the 3 ones with master chief), Half Life (All of them), Unreal TOURNAMENT (The others are meh), Every. Single. Doom. EVER., Max Payne, Painkiller (to an extent), And finally Killing floor.

Addendum: Someone might maby find a conflict with me liking halo so on. The entire story can only truly be appreciated if you have played all 3 otherwise if you come in at either halo 2 or god help you 3 you would hate the story and it would seem so unintelligent. Also DEUS FUCKING EX!!! It needs no justification for loving its DUES mother fucking EX

Half-Life for FPS games, and... well, I can't really say I have a favorite TPS since I don't play too many of them. I guess if I had to choose, I'd have to say either Fur Fighters, 007: Everything or Nothing, or the original MDK.

Hi there, welcome to my thread, please adjust your poll to reflect my exact personal preferences. I'll forgive you this time, but you really need to remember that if you don't align every discussion to the exacting specifications of Escapist user "Reuq" you really don't belong here.

Oh c'mon, this has to be the biggest collection of Valve fanboys EVER... and if you are going to ask for peoples most loved FPS's then it would be a good idea to not use the 8 poll options, because that isn't really all shoters ever is it? Now if he had said 'which of these is in your opinion the best shooter ever' then that would be fine.
