Skyward Sword. Sure it's been delayed a number of times but that just means the end product will be epic. normally i would put 'hopefully' after the but knowing Shigzy, he won't let it be released unless it's anything but epic

With Mass Effect 3 delayed until 2012, Skyward Sword is easily the game I'm most anticipating.

Skyrim is at the top of my list, I'm also very interested to see how the new Deus Ex is - not only would I love a new worthwhile Deus Ex game but if it's good that suggestions Thief 4 will be as well.

So we're necroing this thread? Very well.

Mass Ef...oh.
Skyrim, I guess. Looking forward to Catherine too, though I doubt I'll be able to get it.
If you have a PS3 or an NTSC/U 360 you could import it this year. We probably won't get a European release of either version until 2012, but we will get one eventually.

[sub]Unless you're American, then you can get it anyway. I'm just guessing you're from my continent because you have Stephen Fry as your avatar.[/sub]

Pfffft. MASSIVELY uneven distribution of your poll. Cracker-jack choices.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution for me.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII

HOW MANY YEARS WILL YOU MAKE ME WAIT?
Doubt it'll even come out this year :'(
I'm still waiting to find out why I should be the least bit excited about it. I ain't heard anything about it. Care to swap info?
I can think of a few reasons:

1. It's not being directed by the guy responsible for FFXIII, and the main writers are different too.

2. There will be a world map like in the older games (last one was FFIX, I think).

3. Soundtrack by YOKO SHIMOMURA.

4. Combat looks interesting.

Oh, it's not like I can't get it, it's just that the only website that I can get 18+ console games on I put my real age (16) on, and if I ask my mum to get it for me, all the sexual content in it will probably put her off getting it for me.

Since Diablo 3 has been pushed back to next year it has to be Skyrim.
I don't know where you got that information. but noone from Blizzard has said that it was pushed back to 2012. In fact, today..they will be announcing Beta information from their conference call. They are pushing VERY VERY hard for 2011 and its almost entirely likely that it will be released later this year. So, expect to get it around December if not earlier

L.A. Noire, Skyrim, and Skyward Sword (though I don't know if it's coming out this year, I think I heard it's been pushed back). And for the record, Mass Effect 3 would be on there if it hadn't been pushed back.

Bleh, it'll just be really expensive until later.
I'll just wait, that can work. Maybe if I get the 360 in my room I could get it.

Isn't it all but confirmed that Skyward Sword's going the way of Twilight Princess, and becoming a "Launch Title" for Project Cafe in Early 2012?

2012 is not 2011.

OT: Catherine seems like the most interesting in terms of art style, plot, subject matter, gameplay, etc--so I'll go with that.

Not quite sure I understand what you mean. There's only one website you can use? Do online shops even match age ratings to the birth date given in your account? Even if they do, there are still plenty of other sites you could buy games from. For example, Play-Asia has it, and they even take PayPal.

I get the feeling I'm completely misunderstanding your point, here.
