To avoid the "short post" warning: Yeah, having Tetsuya Nomura and other actual FF vets running the show does bolster my confidence in it a bit. I like how he seems to be trying to sock it to Toriyama with the whole "it's hard to make this stuff happen, but we're gonna do it anyway" attitude.

Isn't it all but confirmed that Skyward Sword's going the way of Twilight Princess, and becoming a "Launch Title" for Project Cafe in Early 2012?

That was a worry of mine after first hearing about Project Cafe, but it seems very unlikely. Release info has it set for a general 2011 date for the Wii. The date is unofficial, but the system is definitely the Wii. It's also been built from the ground up for the Wii (with the Motion Plus).

Of course, I'm just hoping against hope that it's coming soon. I really really want to play it. I've replayed Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess, and am going through Wind Waker. The old games can only keep the anticipation at bay for so long, though.

Oh, it's not like I can't get it, it's just that the only website that I can get 18+ console games on I put my real age (16) on, and if I ask my mum to get it for me, all the sexual content in it will probably put her off getting it for me.

Not quite sure I understand what you mean. There's only one website you can use? Do online shops even match age ratings to the birth date given in your account? Even if they do, there are still plenty of other sites you could buy games from. For example, Play-Asia has it, and they even take PayPal.

I get the feeling I'm completely misunderstanding your point, here.

Basically, I regularly use Play.com to get my games, I signed up as a 16 year old there, everywhere else is really expensive, and even if I do get it, the 360 is in the room which everyone passes, so the sexual content will probably get it removed from me pretty quickly.

So yeah, hope that clears things up. If not, then I am terrible at explaining things.

With The Last Guardian pushed back to 2012, the Shadow of the Colossus/Ico HD Collection is probably going to be the best thing 2011 still has in store. Other than that, I'm rather looking forward to Fear 3, Resistance 3, Rage, and Batman: Arkham City.

I'm still holding out hope that they'll make a better version of Call of Duty 4. It's a slim chance, but it's still a chance damn it! All you really have to do is not make an awful Treyarch game and not add overpowered explosives. Very simple, really.

Dragon's Dogma is unfortunately disqualified because it's coming out in early 2012.

Absolutely cannot wait until Skyrim. Nothing else makes me gravitate towards it like Skyrim does.
