In terms of power, Yahweh all the way.Mad World said:I'm Christian, so I'm obviously going to go with Yahweh; only one I believe in. Out of curiosity, how many of the ones listed are supposedly omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent (or any combination of)?
Next in line would probably be Illuvatar, the god of Lord of the Rings. Of course, Tolkien modeled him after Yahweh, so its only natural that he'd be all of the things you described. However, being a christian, if you asked Tolkien who was more powerful, he'd probably have a heart attack before answering Yahweh.
Next I'm tempted to say HP lovecrafts Azathoth, since it's a powerful cosmic entity. However, Lovecraft called it the Blind Idiot God for a reason, and its easily manipulated by its own creations, which keep it asleep. Long story short, it doesn't have the power of brains of Yahweh.
After that its kind of a tossup. To my knowledge the other gods can all be defeated, and Thor actually gets killed. I added Haruhi as a bit of a joke, but I'm happy to see her doing so well in the poll. Apparently Thors greatest rival is a sixteen year old girl.
