But when someone asks you "Which food items are better?" and your choices are shit, vomit and urine, you're probably going to recommend bread.
and what good does that do me if all I have is shit, vomit and urine?

The point of the thread was to see which game he should play OUT OF the games he had.
You know how when you explain a joke, you make it sound stupid?

Well I know what the point of the thread is. I know what the options were.

By saying "Silent Hill 2," without any other statements on the topic, I am being condescending by suggesting that none of the options he presented are worth deciding upon, and he should pick a better experience.

I disregarded the original intention of the thread in order to come off as condescending, therefore making my disdain appear heavier.

There is basic psychology going on here, and I don't think you're getting it.

Thank you for making me sound like an idiot for explaining this to you.

Rather than trying to be clever and condescending, you could perhaps explain how you don't believe any of the games to be a worthy choice... preventing a misunderstanding.

You seem to be the only one who was confused by "Silent Hill 2." If you want me to insult the three games, then I guess that's fine too.

Dead Space: Not scary. What it is is startling. I jumped twice playing through the game, but there was never a sense of dread that went along with the game, despite playing it at 2:00am in the dark alone.

Condemned: While it is a great game, it's still not scary. It's a notch up from Dead Space, but not on the level it should be, at least not most of the time. For the record, I did vote for this.

FEAR: Fear is just a pretentious shooter that tries to be scary. Again, it startles peoples. That's not fear; it's having a spinal column.

Now I hope we're done here, because I'm not coming back to the thread. This is wasting my time.

You missed what I was saying. This argument is pointless. Goodbye.
