Poll: Which is the best zombie movie?

I'm having a zombie movie marathon, and i need to know which ones to get. Ill take the top 5.
(Please no funny ones like shaun of the dead)

Still gonna have to say Shaun of the Dead is my favorite.
BUT, since its out of the runnings.

I would have to say that the remake of Dawn of the Dead is my favorite, just because it does the nice mix of the Romero zombie style we're used to with the craze of super-fast terror zombies that started getting popular with 28 Days Later (my 2nd choice)w

A couple movies you should consider are:
Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things
and
Burial Grounds: The Nights of Terror

These are certainly not the best, but they deserve quite a bit of credit.

You might say that they are demons not zombies but their zombies dam it.
Also If you can get it Zombi 3 it is pure B-movie excellence.

To be honest the only zombie movie I liked was Shaun of the dead. Why not go for the classic one then.

I would check out Dead Snow if you don't mind subtitles. Finnish movie about zombie Nazis. Need I say more?

The original 1970s Dawn of the Dead is so far my favorite, although I have yet to see the original Day of the Dead (although I've seen the remake and it's HORRIBLE).

you are missing the famous bub! the original day of the dead is more about tensions (human and human or scientist vs military) and also there is a higher budget which means sweet heavenly gore and better sound effects since Day of the Dead

They are not zombies, they're "deadites."

The way I see it is the people were alive but then became zombies after being attacked. But that's just me covering for forgetting they were Deadites. *hangs head in shame*
