When the compound mind of a galactic-wide zombie virus corrupts you into a rampant A.I. and persuades you to suicidally turn your fleets of starships under your direct control against the doomed civilization that created you out of hope... you may not be all there. The Didect was relying on you, but the Librarian knew they were all doomed from the start of their arrogance.

Does the character have to originate in a game, or do they just have to be in a game? If it's the latter, I have to say Deadpool due to his twisted sense of humor, if it's the former then definitely Sander Cohen from Bioshock, he was just plain awesome.

It's between Deadpool from ultimate alliance (not origins), either kain or lynch and the entire cast of team fortress too. Picking out just one I've got to go with deadpool but any of them are more insane than Wario he's just greedy not insane.

After the protaganist weakened the Ronin lieutenant that ordered the death of Gat's wife, Johnny broke his leg, gave him a good headbutt, soul-punched him through a tombstone and, for the grand finale, buried him alive. Damn. I belive in this instance, the term 'Owned, *****' ceases to be adequate.

I play table-top WoD and we can get some pretty crazy ones. A friend of mine had basically a character who heard voices in his head that were prophetic to the game, while having basically a split personality between extremely happy and depressingly suicidal. Another had one who was a computer hacker who was convinced the voices in his head were really advanced computer AI programs. I have a sniper/hacker with paranoia. He checks on the other Vampire's computer's to make sure they aren't plotting against him and occassionally stalks them.
