I'm going to say it's Bill. For practical reasons.

They(Valve) had a hard time reacquiring his services for Crash Course (they didn't) and future contracts, so I'm pretty sure they're going to kill him off for convenience sake.

It'd be awesome and hilarious if he dies without saying a single word.

As much as I like the guy, Bill's probably going to be the one to die.

He's just not the sort of character who would let someone else go down on his watch, and if the situation was bad enough, you know he'd be the one to volunteer to stay behind and buy the others time to escape.
