BBC. I don't go near any US news sources anymore, and have not done so for several years.

You would kill someone for trusting a different news network than you... hatemonger.

I get almost all of my news from Fark, The Escapist, IMDB Links, and occasionally Saskatoon's Verb magazine.

The Escapist. I can't really be bothered looking at news. I doubt people my age watch the news.

I trust my own news network, which runs entirely on ignorance being bliss, and what I don't know can't hurt me.

This just in, everything is fine!

I put the second to last one, but The Daily Show is a good alternative. /deadpan

I usually trust the stories they air (footage, interviews w/ victims/bystanders/etc.) What I don't trust are their speculations and predictions. Also way too much important stuff doesn't make the news. News Media Corps. are like super-competitive children with A.D.D. TV news nowadays = advertising, entertainment and a speculation source on everything "super big and new" that happens. It's no longer a service. Read the newspaper and find places besides TV to get your info and to keep tabs on stuff.

I get most of my news off of here, though occasionally I go on CTV if I know something is going down like the riots in Toronto.

Anything I can get my hands on, and sources that are actually sites not dedicated to news, because rarely do they lie, but instead have the news broken down into "Here's the info. Here's what we think about it" instead of "Here's some of the news blended with our opinions that we pass off as news."

BBC, The Guardian and The Daily Show.

I like my news with a slightly left wing slant ;D

I read the BBC website for a slightly more neutral standpoint though.
Why read The Guardian then?

you missed Daily Show, MSNBC, and the major newspapers

The Escapist only allows for eight poll options. And I wasn't alive when Roosevelt was president so I wouldn't know anything about newspapers.
aww...what fun are polls with limits? Heh, but I dunno, the more time you spend on the internet, the more you get your news from it. Granted, what you did list falls into that as well, but you know what I mean.

Eight people here voted for FOX News, and that suprises me. I mean, sure, there are people who like it, but I didn't think anybody actually trusted it.

"You are watching Fox!"
"We are watching Fox."

I watch The Daily Show if I want to catch up on US politics... which isn't all that often. Most times I just watch the local news, BBC, or Al-Jazeera.

Mostly i use The Age newspaper. Yeah, a newspaper! They still exist!
B-but, surely it could not be produced on paper? Good sir, that is a ridiculous assertion and I humbly ask you delete your post and scold your mother most heartily for having birthed you. Now, I must return to my holo-pronz.

My answer: "none".

If I find something newsworthy, I ultimately only trust my own judgement. So if something particularly newsworthy comes up, I try to digest it from several different sources and come to a conclusion based on the specifics of which these distinct sources have in common with eachother, and try my best to sort out different political and subjectively philosophical angles that will ultimately try to sneak their way into the articles in question.

I guess this practice stem from my track-record of often being right in regards to pretty much anything, while others (especially people involved with the popular media) tend to be wrong pretty much on a daily basis about many things.

FOOOOOOOOOOOOX! Must watch Christian Nutjobs talk Nonsense! Nah, I'm British so I only really have BBC or Sky and Sky is so hilariously biased towards the Tories that it's impossible to watch. Plus, adverts. Bleurgh.
