Assuming it involves the loss of all feeling in and on the entire body, I'd give up touch. Why? Because without pain, I'd have very little to even consider being afraid of. Sure, sex would be weird without being able to feel her, but oh well.
There's a medical condition which causes this, you have to take into account other things such as hunger pains, the sphincter in your bladder hurts to tell you to go to the toilet, your body tell how hot or cold you are etc etc it would cause a lot of problems.
Granted in a fight you could go ape shit and not be affected.
I could schedule times to eat and go to the restroom, and keep a thermometer nearby or check the weather more often. I know there'd be problems, and this isn't implied commentary on you but I'm not an idiot. There's ways to work around those issues, and since I'll be going into armed security in a few months it'd definitely help if anything went wrong on the job.
You would rather take on all of this, checking yourself and the weather constantly rather than not have the sense to smell or taste, which is more of a luxury these days anyway.
Or even pick my choice of not sensing where your arm is with your eyes closed, it won't effect your day to day life ... I doubt you would even notice you lost it until you were pulled over on suspicion of drink driving.
