It's time, fellow escapists, to decide which of the above is the most horrible physical experience to go through. All are terrible, all are horrendous, but only one will be the winner. Or loser. Take your pick. I'd personally go for the animal venoms.

I went for eaten alive by ants.
I freak the fuck out if I have more than one bug on me, imagine them crawling in your mouth and eating your eyes.
*Shudders*

I'm going for the ants, Alex. Looks like all the other instances are faster and would allow me to kill myself after if I wasn't already dead.

Incidentally, I wouldn't want to be slow-boiled by cannibals either.

If Skyrim is to be believed,
taking a projectile to the knee is a traumatizing, career ending experience.
Those were arrows, just imagine if they were bullets.

Well, actually, I think that stonefish venom also causes severe paralysis, so, you know, I doubt that you'd be able to do much at all.

I going with kidney stone eventhough I never had it myself (lucky me). I had read quite a few agonising stories to those who had suffer having it.

Yes, that may be true, but the stonefish isn't eating me. Eaten to death by ants implies that I cannot prevent this either, and them buggers are damn efficient. I will feel myself stripped of pieces of flesh and blood until my body is no longer capable of supporting life...which is what made me think of the cannibals.

Ummm... kind of a... colourful list you have there. I can't say I've experienced any of those (unless migraines count as cluster headaches), and several of them can't be experienced and then contemplated about afterwards. They tend to result in the side effect of being deaded.

But like I said, I've experienced horrendous migraines. The type that keep you bed-ridden for days on end.

Not. Nice.

I dunno.
I voted ants.

I mean, burning to death would suck but I don't think you'd be alive that long but being eaten by ants sounds... slower.
Then again bleeding out from childbirth and dying that way doesn't sound like a field day.
[small]Now everyone stop talking about how painful childbirth is I'm already scared of it.[/small]

Ants sounds quite dreadful. Seems like the obvious answer to me.

What? No being slowly crushed to death with a steamroller? Pffsht, you guy have pretty thin skin for that sort of stuff.

But I voted ants, because that's probably the most prolonged and horrifying one.

Good god...this would not be a choice that I would want to make. >.>

I'm going to say burning though. The choking smoke...the smell of burnt flesh and hair...the extreme pain... *shudders*

Eaten by ants would suck for longer but the visceral horror of burning is sticking me a little bit harder right now.

I personally would have to go with cluster headaches, thankfully they only lasted around 3 weeks since I have heard they can go on for months if not years, after awhile you can't even sleep or think properly. No idea what caused it or what made it go away, just glad it did.

Good lord, they all make me cringe.

The biggest fear for me is dying by drowning.
I nearly drowned when I was a kid and it's really not that bad. After awhile the lack of oxygen chills you out and you kind of just go all quiet and still, before you then eventually pass out, and if you're lucky wake up to someone performing CPR on you, if not I guess you die and you wont know either way.

From what I've heard, cluster headaches are extremely painful but they won't kill you. Getting eaten alive by ants seems like the worst. It will be slow and painful.

Holy crap, I didn't know platypuses were venomous...

I have to echo the ant statement. I assume it's a somewhat slow death and thus, I am restrained while being eaten alive. And I absolutely hate/fear being restrained.

Can I vote none of the above? Being put through all 5 torture groups in turn by a skilled and ruthless torturer would probably be worse.
