Pokemon! The Digimon world is just too fraught with strife and evil arch-villains and all kinds of weird survival drama.
Pokemon's world operates like any other society. Their villains are much more 'corporate' and the Pokemon are more like animals than giant super killbots.

Pokemon. In Digimon, you only get one companion. In Pokemon, you have as many as you can catch. Also, I prefer Pokemon a lot more.
Digimon, I could role with Agumon and kick that emo kid Ken's ass. Plus theres so much more fun to be had. Except for teh grow old seperation, except If I remember right Tai kept Agumon and they ended up running a noodle shop, so sweetness Is still had.

Even though i love Digimon... i probably would want to live in the Pokemon universe becuase the world of the pokemon and the world of man are intertwined, unlike digimon were you have to be a digi destined and go to summer camp and get sucked down a worm hole etc.
Pokemon, not because I don't love Digimon, but that the Digimon world is dangerous as hell wherever you go. The first series had them fighting I believe a Champion level Digimon when all of theirs were still in their Rookie or Fresh forms. At least Pokemon get stronger by area :|

The digimon world is great with the whole being able to converse with all the creatures thing but I must choose Pokemon.
Pokemon would be much better overall, I probably wouldn't be much of a trainer though, I'd probably just end up as some random that all the awesome trainers walk past on the epic journey.

well I prefer pokemon in the digital world there are multiple versions I may end up in the first one or the one with calaoumon and that place is dangerous and also you can't just fight for no reason since digimon do have their own society and usually I can only have one (hopefully dogmon) but in pokemon I can have 6 at a time live in a safer world fight for fun and profit with free health care for my fighters and go to many exciting places so I choose pokemon
