Edit: I did play the original NES Zelda before, to anyone who suggested
that. It was on the GBA. Also, Phantom Hourglass AND Spirit Tracks suck due to excessive and
boring travel, imo. My current favorite game is Oracle of Seasons. And I played Link to the
Past before on GBA, too.

I just got a Wii on Christmas, so I picked up a ton of GC/Wii games.

And now I just don't know where to start. I've never played any non-handheld Zelda game before, and I suddenly own the Collector's Edition, which includes Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. I also bought Wind Waker and Twilight Princess (Wii version).

I never played ANY of these before. Except for a demo of Wind Waker at a store.
OOT is the beginning....soooooo at the beginning maybe?

You could try Twilight Princess. I've never played it, but was going to buy it today. Somehow my town has 6 stores that sell wiis, but none that sell twilight princess. I'm kinda pissed because I was excited to play it after just playing OoT for the first time in like 10 years, but no. In fact none of these stores had Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart, or Super smash bros either. I was fucking psyched to play these games but they just don't keep the good games in stock. Back to the point, Any would be good, they're all great but just keep in mind you can get OoT and Majora's mask for free (and maybe wind waker if you have alot of time, patience, and a good computer).

I haven't yet played Twilight Princess, but out of the other three you listed, I'd say Windwaker is the best, followed by Majora's Mask, and then Ocarina of Time. Then again, my opinion is pretty uncommon among the rest of the fanbase.

You should really get Link's Awakening. I think that's my favorite Zelda game, and it's very much in the vein of Oracle of Seasons. Also, don't pass up Oracle of Ages if you haven't played it yet.

I'd recommend you play Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask before the other two - in that order. Majora's Mask is a direct sequel to Ocarina, which is why I recommend that order. If you play the two Gamecube Zeldas and then go back in time to the N64 Zeldas, your experience in terms of graphics and controls may sour your perception of the earlier two. When I went back and played the N64 Zeldas recently, the thing I missed most was the camera. I'd gotten used to controlling it with the C-Stick, something you can't do in the earlier games. If you play the earlier ones first, you won't miss what you've never seen.

After that, I'd probably say to go Wind Waker, then Twilight Princess, but the order with those two is less important. Twilight Princess definitely feels more like Ocarina than Wind Waker does, so you may want to play it first.

Assuming you only talk about the listed options, i'd say play them chronologically.
OOT
MM
WW
TP

You could opt to swap WW and TP, seeing as they're not connected. But OOC and MM are (slightly) connected, so you should definitely play OOT and then MM directly after.

I really don't understand how people can think that WW was the best zelda game made...Don't get me wrong, I liked WW, but to say it's the best one made is a really huge stretch...The sailing was just way too tedious, as was the fact that you had to change wind direction all the god-damn time. It'll probably keep you going for a long long time if you want to try and discover everything and do all the side-quests though. As for mine, I'll say that A Link to the Past is probably the best.

OT: I would say play them in chronological order as well. Maybe switch TP with WW though, if you're the "Discover absolutely everything" type of gamer.
