Having had this conversation with many friends and my philosophy class, I am interested in what my fellow escapists think.
personally i'd go for Hitler, because he did more damage to the world than stalin in a far shorter time frame and he nearly killed as many.

"evil" is subjective. there are choices you listed that made morally reprehensable decisions but I doubt you can say any were really "evil".

Six million jews, along with the casualties of war on all sides, makes for some pretty breathtaking stats.

A killcount doesn't mean that a person is evil, even though it help a lot.

I voted Hitler because he hired possibly the most evil person of all time - Josef Mengele.
His experiments on humans was a horrible crime against humanity.

He would submerge living human beings in boiling water to see how long they would take to die.
