I think Dane Cook is alright. He's very hit-and-miss, but with acts rather than jokes. His better routines are pretty fucking funny, but then he'll have acts like vicious circle and whatever the fuck his new one is called that aren't even remotely funny.

I was going to say Dane Cook was the worst but I forgot he at least writes his own jokes even if they are not funny.
But then again is Carlos even a comedian when part of being a comedian is writing your own jokes. You cannot tell other peoples jokes and be a comedian, that just makes you a jackass. Much like you cannot put on a clown costume and just call your self a kids entertainer it just makes you a pedo.

And trust me, this isn't a troll post. He came to our college to do a live stand-up show, so a bunch of friends and I decided to go. In short, it was basically one hour of him standing in front of a whiteboard and making lame one-sentence jokes about the stuff he drew on it. It was extremely disappointing.

To be fair, he was kinda funny, but not really funny enough to be considered a fully-fledged comedian.

How long ago was this? Because I saw him earlier this year and he was up for about 3 hours and he played some songs and did a whole lot more than just his whiteboard stuff.

OT: Jeff Dunham makes me want to throw up. Never have I ever heard of someone so unbelievably not funny become so popular. It's horrific. I remember that I got a DVD of him because I heard so many people rave about how hilarious he was. I started up the video and he mentions a puppet named Peanut or something and everyone starts to cheer. After watching through the first couple of puppets and not laughing at all, I skipped to his Peanut act and I was insanely disappointed. It was one of the worst "comedy" acts I have ever had the misfortune of witnessing. The worst part was that his dead terrorist act on YouTube has like 10 million views or something. I watched it thinking that maybe this might be better, but it was just as bad. He is a terrible comedian.

I hate to say it, but I think there are a lot of comics whose jokes are pretty derivative of what they see themselves as. Since there isn't any subtle way to say, it, this mainly applies to women, fat people, and black people.

If you're a woman, your act will usually be about being a woman. If you're fat, your act will be about your being fat. If you're black, your act will be about what it's like to be black. And if you're a fat black woman, congratulations: your entire act is already written for you.

It's not that these demographics can't be funny; a lot of them are hilarious. There's just such an aversion to reach beyond the low-hanging fruit that they may as well be asking what's the deal with airline food.

I don't see how anyone can think that Dane Cook is funny. The jackass just hops around the stage like a monkey and tells these long ass stories who the lamest of punch lines at the end. Also, what the hell is up with the stupid "super finger" of his? That is mind boggling. Is he so desperate to have an impact that he has to be remembered with a hand gesture rather than his comedy? Aye. How does this guy even have a career?

There's this Swedish comedian named Nohr, I don't remember her last name. She was on TV and did a stand-up routine about... Well, suffice to say it was dirty. My point is that she didn't have any actual points or punchlines, she just kept on describing everyday scenarios (for a given value of everyday), not realizing that you can't just describe everyday life; you need to have a point as well.

Dane Cook for me is the absolute worst, especially when I see the sold out massive stadiums that he performs at. What the fuck is funny about some retard prancing and dancing around the stage telling asinine stories?

Also, George Lopez because he pretty well just shoves Mexican stereotypes down everyones throat with an annoying accent and boring stories.
