Poll: Who WEARS wrist watches anymore?

I stopped wearing watches after I lost my old one a long time ago. Since then I've been given a couple watches for Christmas/birthday/whatever, but couldn't wear them. Not because I didn't want to, but because my arms are hairy now and they get caught in the chain.
So, part of the reason I asked, is because I have noticed a trend in 'functional' objects slowly turning into 'fashion' objects.
For example, there are lots of automatic cars that put the 'gear shift' on the floor, even though it isn't necessary. Similarly, breast pockets on most shirts are there for looks not functionality! I think Wrist watches will or have gone that way. You don't NEED a separate device to tell you the time anymore!

I don't wear one because I find it uncomfortable but how can you call them outdated? Wristwatches (provided you don't wear something ridiculous) can look pretty cool. I know a ton of people that wear them, and I'm 18 so it's not like these people are all old or anything. I don't even understand what your angle is on this OP, watches can be cool as anything
I wear one, simply because:
A) I'm so used to wearing one that I feel way off of balance when I take it off
B) The one I wear is quite good for a cheap watch, it only goes backwards one second everyday, so it's easily to tell what time it is if I keep track of the last time I fixed the time on it
C) I don't get shouted at for checking the time at school
and D) It's a damn good looking watch

I wear my granddad's old service watch. It's a basic wind-up watch, all mechanical no batteries. He got it in 1939 when he signed up, wore it throughout North Africa and Italy campaigns and then everyday until he died. 72 years old and it still keeps perfect time.
Compare that to my smartphone that dies if I forget to charge it every second day, or my nice modern wristwatch that even with the battery replaced just doesn't keep good time. I'll stick to the old fashioned wristwatch thanks, it's just more reliable.

I'm wearing one right now, it's more relaible than my mobile and I like the way it looks, although personally I would prefer a pocketwatch, but that's probably because I have an anachronistic fashion sense.
Swiss Army watch with date function, glow-in-the-dark face, dive timer, and up to 100 meters dive depth.

I actually really like my watch. It's the only 100% way to tell the time in all of my classes, since not all of the clocks work in my school.
I do need to replace the band, though, as it's starting to wear out.
