Sony did.
Twisted metal 3 blew my freakin' mind.
Epic. Epic. EPIC.
Also, Kevin Butler's speech: EPIC.
Most of all we, the gamers, won.

I don't know who "won" the e3, but VALVe definitely lost.
Yeah, that was pretty odd.
I think there were snipers in case Gabe was going to say anything bad about Sony...

Nintendo easily took it. Their games and hardware were easily the most unique of the conferences, and as whole way more interesting. The 3DS stole this E3 purely because it's a brand new venture into gaming, and it appears to have a lot more to offer than Microsoft and Sony's new controls. Plus, they introduced new installments to franchises that haven't had a new game in years (Kirby, Donkey Kong Country, Kid Icarus) as well as a new MotionPlus Zelda (technical issues and disappointing delay aside) and a new Goldeneye, which caused a lot of people to shit bricks.

I've not seen Microsoft or Sony's conference all the way through, but from the sounds of things they're both showing off casual stuff whilst Nintendo's jumping in with new Zelda, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Kid Icarus, etc.
I don't know about Sony's press conference but as far as Microsoft's press conference went, that's just so untrue... That being said, I think Nintendo won it, they unveiled the most killer apps this year which is good cause they bombed the last 2 years.

I'd say Nintendo.

Sony certainly had a good showing, and the Move was far better than I feared, but again, they simply let all their guns out too early - if they had left the announcement of Killlzone 3 and Infamous 2 till E3, that would have given their conference more punch... as it was, there was a lot of WOW, but it was WOW that we already knew about. (Mind you, Twisted Metal was a suprise, and it does look pretty awesome!). Kevin Butler was EPIC, however, I think that will go down as one of the best moments in videogaming, EVER XD

In that sense, Kevin Butler wins E3!

1.) nintendo- I mean just so many solid games, such a departure from years past
2.) Soney- solid. move looked good and so did their line up. cool surprise ;) conspicuous lack of Last Guardian though
3.) Microsoft- If you missed it watch Nintendo's 08 conference. Reach looked cool but couldn't make up for how painful everything els was, just terrible

I'd say Nintendo, but I'm still mad about having to buy another damn DS right after I got this DSi.

I'm gonna say Sony. Killzone 3 looked great along with Infamous 2. Plus the Steam/PSN combo is a huge deal.

The reasons why Nintendo didn't win for me was:
1. The bragging
2. Most games that were shown were rehashes of old franshises
3. Zelda's showing was f'ed up by the "wireless disturbances"

Nintendo. By pretty much announcing a new game for all their major players. The only thing that didn't get one was F-Zero or Pikmin.

And then topping it off with OoT remake.

Nintendo is too Childish to win, in my opinion... Who cares about a Mickey Mouse game?

Microsoft, as normal, was boring. The only thing good they showed was MGS Rising which is Multiplatform anyway.

Sony won for me. They introduced some things we knew were coming, but it was still way more exciting than the other media conferences. Twisted Metal and Killzone 3 were freaking awesome and EXCLUSIVE to PS3... Call of Duty... not so much... that's why it was better.
