Poll: Whos not getting COD MW2?

With all the usual hype and chat about how great another FPS thats the same as all FPS games but "different" because its infinity ward and people think its going to be some knight in shining armour of a game that will kick its brother off its over hyped pedestal but wasn't COD4 full of team killers tea baggers and noob tubes? I never owned it and my view is based on only playing it a few times helping a mate past some parts but in my experience it just seemed the same as every other fps iv played since the ps1 except you can shoot through walls. So how will COD5 be anything different? all they can do is add maps and weapons which is something DLC can do and as I understand not many people play it for single player to quote yahtzee there's only so much you can do by putting the player on one end of a death cock and the enemy on the other. So who is not getting this game?

PS This is just my opinion and maybe hype ruined this for me so please no flame wars or bitching its just an opinion

EDIT I'm not saying that its the worst game ever made its very popular for a reason this is all just in my opinion

when it's cheap, and they make a edition with all the map packs. then maybe.

Ever since Perfect Dark for the N64 I've been a jaded little ass who can never enjoy a FPS.

The only exception has been Combat Arms and Team Fortress 2 and both of them are because of the folks I play with more than the games (Albeit TF2 has a wonderful atmosphere).

CoD4 was one of those borrow and forget games for me. I imagine CoD5 will be no exception.

My thoughts at least.

Anyway, this is atypical "cry some moar" behavior over a game that hasn't even been released yet. Wait and play it for yourself before making judgments about it.

Just FYI, Modern Warfare 2 is (technically) CoD 6, not CoD 5...

But yea... I voted "When it's cheap", like what I usually do.

Yeah I'll probably get it, it's not ****ing WW2 (I've probably killed more nazis then there actually were...) there are new things, fixed marty... so it's a upgrade of a game I loved.

So logically I'll get it.

Also I'd like to see the new story unveil...

yea someone is confused. COD 5 is World at War, Modern Warfare 2 is technically COD 6 but its not going to have an official Call of Duty label for whatever reason you guys can look up yourself cos i cant really remember, so i guess the one after MW2 might be called COD 6... have to wait and see.


and yes im definitely getting Modern Warfare 2, I loved COD 4 and MW2 is looking to turn out to be a good game

CoD5 was shit, just a clone of 4 (which was also a step backwards from 1/2). The new one doesn't look any different/better either. I guess I'll wait and see, but I doubt I'll buy it after how disapointed I was with 4.

I'm not buying it 'till it's cheap, simply because what they are doing could be done with some DLC, so when it gets down to about £15 I will buy it. Until then it is essentially just a slightly tweaked version of Cod4.

I doubt I'll get it. I tend to skip the shooters in favor of the RPGs. Not that I'm saying it's gonna be a bad game, though, it's just not my genre.

COD4's price remains about what it was at release - why would this one's price go down?
