Alright, so we've got 7 for Zapp at time of post (1 Amy vote was for Zapp). This should turn out interesting, they've all got their stupidness to them.

None for the Professor so far, but then again, that may be because he's a professor.

Actually it's not because he's an idiot, it's because he's crazy.

Zapp is easily, Zoidberg is quite cleaver, its just we has to work on a species he isn't trained to, and everyone ridicules him. Amy went to Mars University, and the Professor is pretty clever (but slightly insane), and Fry's and idiot, but he has at least got basic common sense (And hes completely out of his time period, so he can't be blamed for not knowing some things).

So, Fry is clearly the most retarded, but as said, has stunning moments of clarity.

Zapp is really really dumb, but at least successful and really good at manipulating other idiots to do his bidding.

And Zoidberg...well he is a doctor and while not being a very good one, he is at least something. And batshit insane.


So i guess my Vote goes to...

Anyways, Zap Brannigan. Definitely. He's just so stupid. Everything can be solved for him by just crashing a ship into an orphanage full of puppies. Which is pretty much all he's awarded for. Killing the kitten empire of Glagnar 8, Stopping the elderly forces of Sinicron 5, everything weak, cute, and cuddly in the universe has been attacked by Zap.
