God, i didn't know it would be such a hard decision....

So, Fry is clearly the most retarded, but as said, has stunning moments of clarity.

Zapp is really really dumb, but at least successful and really good at manipulating other idiots to do his bidding.

And Zoidberg...well he is a doctor and while not being a very good one, he is at least something. And batshit insane.


So i guess my Vote goes to...

IGNER, the dimwitted son of "Mom"
And pretty much wins, because no one on the show is equally dumb and useless (except maybe Fry's not-grandfather)

I was thinking about adding him, but being a secondary character I wonder how he'd fair. Though, I guess by comparison, he'd do about as well as The Professor.

Zapp is ahead by a landslide, but then again, that's expected.

I suppose that on an intelligent level Zapp Brannigan is the most stupid. But the man is still one of the funniest characters on the show, alongside Zoidberg, but of course not as godly as Scruffy.

Personal vendetta, honestly. I am so sick of seeing episodes about boo-hoo Leela whining about her parents. Besides, if you ask me, she dumbed down quite a bit to match the others over the seasons while still being the static character.
