Is this a trick question? Because it sure seems like a trick question to me.
So Bioware writes the screenplay and Capcom directs? Come to think of it why don't video game developers ever collaborate together, some powerful games could be made. Like what would happen if we did a new Megaman series like Starforce (or just another Megaman Starforce) but had Bioware write with the help of a couple of Japanese cartoon writers (like maybe a couple of guys that used to write for the Digimon series) than just have Capcom do what they do best? Hmm, worth a shot, no one made a fortune in Vegas by playing it safe.Mr. Omega said:Going purely by story? Bioware. Capcom I think always delivers better gameplay, and while some of their business strategies are less than favorable, Bioware can be just as guilty in some regards. And while Bioware tends to do better stories, all their games are either medieval fantasy or sci-fi. At least Capcom has some variety in their stories.
I think Capcom's worlds are more interesting than Biowares. From Ace Attorney to Okami to Dead Rising to Megaman.
What I would like to see is if there's a game where Capcom makes the world and the gameplay, comes up with the level design, music, and characters, while Bioware takes care of the story, and character interactions.
IT'S YOUR OPINION GUY! C'MON! So you believe a story that revolves around building wacky gadgets to kill zombies worse than DA? Well, maybe that part isn't really a part of story... Meh wellkayisking said:This.Zhukov said:*looks at Resident Evil 5*

Also, this is totally a vs. thread, so you should not lie about that.
Bioware FTW!

Yeah, Bioware tends to be a lot more consistent.AVATAR_RAGE said:Bioware has my vote but only by a smidgin.
Love both companies, both have made some great games with great stories. But the worst Bioware game I can think of is Dragon Age 2 and I love that game. Where as the worst game story that came out of Capcom is well Dino Crisis 2.
Capcom has variety because they own a lot of studios and dev teams. Okami was made by Clover and published by Capcom, for instance.Mr. Omega said:Going purely by story? Bioware.
